Terms and Conditions of jqkclub Use

Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jqkclub ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access, register, or use any services provided under the domain jqkclub.run and any related subdomains or applications.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be considered automatic acceptance of those amendments. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest terms.

User Eligibility

Each user is only permitted to have one registered account at jqkclub. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of fund balances.

• Promotions may have expiry dates that must be met.

General Game Rules

The jqkclub platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, boxing betting and fishing games. Each game category may have its own additional rules.

• All game results processed by the system are final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, jqkclub reserves the right to cancel the round in question and return the bet to the user.
• The use of any automation software, bots or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players or any form of cheating will result in permanent account closure.
• Bets placed during a promotion are subject to the bonus terms that are active at that time.

• Use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other unauthorised advantages.
• Request from a law enforcement authority or competent regulatory body.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our internal policy.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer service. Any valid account balance will be returned after the review process is completed.

Disclaimer of Liability

jqkclub services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, jqkclub makes no guarantee that the service will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.

jqkclub will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting activity.
• Technical interruptions or failures beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Game outcomes considered unfair but processed in accordance with the system rules.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
